“While I Breathe” is a film about a girl named Taryn, who was kidnapped when she was very young. Now she spends her life being shuffled back and forth between the hotel rooms of the clients that she entertains. She has learned that staying alive means doing whatever she is told, and not asking questions, but everything changes when she meets Mal.

Mal is a family man, who left his career in the military to help raise his young daughter. He has spent most of his adult life in service to others, but he has never met someone who needs his help as much as this little girl, standing in his hotel room.
